Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
How does billing work?
Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes the transaction, sends your receipt and handles any applicable tax. You'll be billed $19 each month, or $199 once a year if you choose annual.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Is it really unlimited properties?
Yes. One flat price covers every property you manage — there are no per-listing fees and no tier to upgrade as you grow.
What payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards, plus other local methods supported by Paddle at checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency where available.
